ABOnsite is an independent managed service provider based in Alexandria, Virginia. I run IT for small and mid-sized organizations under a flat monthly contract: monitoring, patching, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 administration, backup, and a direct line your staff can call.

ABOnsite provides IT services to businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations under contract. ABOnsite does not offer services to individual consumers or home users.

What I manage

  • Managed IT and monitoring. Round-the-clock automated monitoring and alerting on workstations and servers, patch management, and proactive remediation during business hours.
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Tenant administration, licensing, conditional access, and identity hardening.
  • Cybersecurity. Managed endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, email security, and security awareness training for staff.
  • Backup and business continuity. Monitored backups for servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365 data, with tested recovery.
  • Network and infrastructure. Firewalls, switching, wireless, and server administration across on-premises and cloud.
  • IT strategy and vCIO. Budgeting, lifecycle planning, and quarterly technology reviews with your leadership.
